Mojo Video Poker 1.1.0 released

Our biggest release yet has just come out. This includes the ability to rotate your device to any rotation (landscape, portrait, any direction) and play Mojo Video Poker. The menus and games all dynamically redraw to fit the new layout. This means that in landscape mode, we give you the most requested feature, Bigger Cards! The layouts have been adjusted to maximize the new space, and all the graphics have been updated to match.

We really hope you enjoy this release, and if so please remember to rate us! It’s ratings and comments from you that help us improve our product.

In other news… We are very busy porting Mojo Video Poker to new platforms, as soon as we have this ready to go we’ll post all the information here.

Back to work. Keep chasing that Royal!

Mojo Video poker gets big(ger)

Not only is Mojo Video Poker the best bang for your buck in iPhone Video Poker. It features 3 unique game types, 6 game modes, for a total of 18 games. Full gamecenter integration with achievements and leaderboards, and now, it’s getting Bigger.

We at Six Foot Three Foot are always happy to hear from our users, whether it be a bug, a request, or a quick ‘hello’. Well we have heard the most requested feature is to have larger cards, as we have maxed out the space on the screen as far as cards, we are working very hard on a whole new way to play Mojo Video Poker. We are in the middle of supporting Landscape mode, the future version will allow you to play the game how you have been, or you can tilt the iphone / ipod to it’s side and play it in a wide screen mode which brings a new layout and larger cards to the screen.

We have been actively working hard on this using our own custom programming code to allow both methods of play to be fully supported without interrupting game play. We are still “work in progress” but feel free to have a look to get an idea of what we’re doing. (Also you can see the new cards we put in.)

Thanks for playing, and please rate us if you enjoy playing!

Mojo Video Updates keep rolling, big release coming soon

We have been busy adding features, games, and fixes to Mojo Video Poker. Currently on version 1.0.5 the game is doing well with thousands of downloads worldwide. We are very happy to keep pushing through new releases. Right now we have have two in the pipeline. One is a fix for a payout issue found by a very helpful user! If you find an issue don’t hesitate to let us know on our support tab on this website.

The other major release is still in development as it is a lot of new work. This will address hopefully one of the main feature requests we have had since the release of Mojo Video Poker. Without going into detail, we’ll let you know it’s moving forward well, and we hope to announce it soon! We have been actively working on several new projects as well. More details on that later, right now back to writing code.

Mojo Video Poker 1.0.3 released

Mojo Video poker 1.0.3 is now released, this features a brand new game mode, called Multiplier Poker. By betting an additional credit per hand on max bet, you can randomly get a multiplier between 2x and 10x, which multiplies the win of that current hand. We also are now supporting GameCenter and have removed Openfeint from our game.

This upgrade is free to all existing users.

GameCenter coming soon to Mojo Video Poker

We have just submitted our new version of Mojo Video Poker to Apple. This version has many big changes. One of the main features, is the removal of OpenFeint, and the inclusion of GameCenter. Openfeint, was our original source for online achievements and leaderboards. Unfortunately including OpenFeint caused too many users to live with the game not always launching due to a bug in OpenFeint’s handling of network changes. Now with GameCenter we decided to go with specific Apple Tools, which are better tested and integrated. Users who had OpenFeint and now have GameCenter will be automatically able to migrate their achievements from Mojo Poker to Game Center. *

Here’s a list of all the new features and changes:

  • Removed OpenFeint
  • Added GameCenter Support and Migration from OpenFeint
  • New Achievement added.
  • New Game Mode! Multiplier Poker. **
  • Fixed bug with rate prompt on Classic Poker

* Mojo Poker Lite will only transfer leaderboards, as it currently doesn’t have online achievements.

** Multiplier Poker!
That’s right, we have included a whole new game into Mojo Video poker, giving you 33% more for Free!

Multiplier poker, plays the same as classic poker, but with a random Multiplier when betting Max Credits. When playing multiplier poker, max bet is 5+1 per hand. The bonus credit goes into the random Multiplier. When the multiplier is activated, a random pick of 2x, 3x, 5x, 8x, or 10x is selected. This then multiplies your potential winnings by the multiplier for that hand.

We really hope you enjoy these new features and games. If you are enjoying playing Mojo Video Poker (or Mojo Video Poker Lite), please take a moment to rate the game on the App Store, this helps us find time to add more features and games into Mojo Video Poker making it the best video poker game on the iPhone. Feel free to pitch feature requests or issues you have on our support page.
